PB Bliss Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup semolina flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 container Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese (8 oz)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup chopped peanut butter cups
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix together the flour, semolina flour, coconut flakes, sugar, melted butter, yogurt, and baking soda in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of an 8" springform pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cool.
- Cream together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and peanut butter.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled Basbousa base.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
- Remove from oven and let cool to room temperature.
- Sprinkle the chopped peanut butter cups over the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
