Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 3 containers (24 oz) Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 15 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce, for topping

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine Graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tbsp sugar. Mix well.
  3. Press mixture onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and 1 cup granulated sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  6. Stir in the vanilla extract, crushed Oreo cookies, and heavy cream until well combined.
  7. Pour mixture into the prepared crust.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is almost set.
  9. Let cheesecake cool down to room temperature then chill for 3 hours or overnight.
  10. Before serving, drizzle caramel sauce on top of the cheesecake.
