Ingredients:
- 8 oz Pistachio Crumbles
- 3 containers (24 oz total) of Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup Pistachios, chopped and roasted (for topping)
- 1/4 tsp sea salt (for topping)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Pistachio Crumbles and 4 oz of Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese. Mix thoroughly and press into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat the remaining 20 oz of Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese until smooth.
