Maple Caramel Macchiato Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 10 oz Oreo cookies, crushed
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 32 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dulce de leche
- 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat the Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese until smooth. Add the granulated sugar and beat until combined.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, being sure to mix well after each addition.
- Add the granola, maple syrup, all-purpose flour, and vanilla extract. Beat until well combined.
- Pour the mixture over the Oreo crust in the prepared springform pan. Smooth out the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set and the edges are golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool to room temperature.
- In a small bowl, mix together the dulce de leche and strong brewed coffee until smooth. Pour over the cooled cheesecake.
- Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 2 hours, or overnight, before serving.
