Whiskey Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 16 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup whiskey
  • 4 oz semisweet chocolate, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup mini peanut butter cups, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, garlic, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat softened Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese and sugar until smooth. Add heavy cream and whiskey and mix until well combined. Stir in melted chocolate, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add cocoa powder and mix until smooth.
  4. Pour filling into prepared crust. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until center is set.
  5. Cool to room temperature in the pan on a wire rack, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  6. Once chilled, spread peanut butter on top of the cheesecake. Sprinkle chopped mini peanut butter cups over the top.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
