Graham cracker base
- 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 6 tbsp melted butter
Wine & Berries Filling
- 24 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup dry red wine
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
Peach & Mango Topping
- 1 cup diced peaches
- 1 cup diced mango
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix the Graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes and let it cool.
- In a large bowl, beat the Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs, one at a time, and mix well.
- Stir in the red wine and mixed berries.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top.

- In a saucepan, simmer the peaches, mango, sugar, and water until the fruit is soft and the liquid is syrupy.
