Apple Pie Cheesecake with Berries & Cream Topping
Ingredients:
12 oz of Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 eggs
1/2 cup apple pie filling
1 pre-made apple pie crust
1/2 cup mixed berries
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a mixing bowl, beat 12 oz of Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp nutmeg until smooth.
Add in 2 eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Mix in 1/2 cup apple pie filling until all ingredients are combined and smooth.
Pour mixture into 1 pre-made apple pie crust.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is almost set.
While the cheesecake is baking, prepare the topping.
In a mixing bowl, beat 1/4 cup heavy cream and 1/4 cup powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
Once the cheesecake is done baking, let it cool for 10-15 minutes before spreading the topping on top.
Top the cheesecake with 1/2 cup mixed berries.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the cheesecake is completely chilled before serving.
