Say cheese! Meet your new personalized cheesecake recipe:

Creamy Hemp Hearts Cheesecake with Berries & Honey

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Hemp Hearts
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
  • 8 ounces Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups Mixed Berries
  • 1/2 cup Whipped Cream

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  2. In a food processor, pulse the Hemp Hearts and Coconut Oil until combined and the mixture looks like wet sand. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch round springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese until smooth. Add the Greek Yogurt, Honey, Eggs, and Vanilla Extract. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the filling into the prepared crust. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  5. Let the cheesecake cool to room temperature. Then chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  6. In a medium bowl, mix the Mixed Berries and Whipped Cream.
  7. Top the cheesecake with the Mixed Berries and Whipped Cream mixture. Serve chilled.
