Say cheese! Meet your new personalized cheesecake recipe:

Apple Pecan Cheesecake with Berries & Cream Topping

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups Apple Pie crust (crumbled)
  • 2 oz Pecans (chopped)
  • 18 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 4 Eggs (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup Mixed Berries (for topping)
  • 1/2 cup Whipped Cream (for topping)

Directions:

  1. Heat the oven to 325°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled apple pie crust and chopped pecans. Mix together until evenly distributed and press in the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, granulated sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract with an electric mixer until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the apple pecan crust.
  6. Bake the cheesecake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is almost set.
  7. Let the cheesecake cool for 30 minutes and then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Before serving, remove the cheesecake from the pan and top with mixed berries and whipped cream.
