Ingredients:
- 8 oz graham crackers, crushed
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp fresh sage, chopped
- 24 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, brown sugar, melted butter, and fresh sage. Mix well and then press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes and then set aside to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add in the granulated sugar and vanilla extract, and mix well until combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the heavy cream and mix until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust and smooth out the top.
