- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup blueberry filling
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix Graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and unsalted butter in a bowl. Press firmly onto bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese and 3/4 cup sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add in vanilla extract.
- Pour the filling over crust. Spoon blueberry filling over the cheesecake and swirl using a knife.
- Bake for about 45-50 minutes or until the cheesecake is set but slightly jiggly.
- Remove from oven and cool to room temperature. Refrigerate until well chilled.
