Creamy Nutty Delight Cheesecake Recipe

Graham Cracker Base

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Pecan Filling

  • 16 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Macadamia Nut Topping

  • 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press onto the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese and sugar until creamy. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix well. Fold in the chopped pecans.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the graham cracker base in the springform pan.
  5. In another bowl, mix the macadamia nuts, flour, brown sugar, and softened butter until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over the top of the cheesecake.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set and the topping is golden brown.
  7. Let cool to room temperature before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
