Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups Shortbread crumbs
- 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
- 4 containers or 32 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups Granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Caramel sauce
- 1 cup Apple pie filling
- 1 cup Whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons Powdered sugar
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- In a bowl, mix the Shortbread crumbs, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat the Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese until smooth. Add 1 1/2 cups sugar and vanilla extract and beat until incorporated.
