Say cheese! Meet your new personalized cheesecake recipe:

Cornbread Cheesecake with Plain Filling and Caramel Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of cornbread mix (8.5 oz)
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 containers of Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese (16 oz total)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix cornbread mix and melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and pour mixture into crust.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until center is almost set.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Before serving, drizzle caramel sauce on top.
