Say cheese! Meet your new personalized cheesecake recipe:

Oreo Tiramisu Cheesecake with Bourbon & Butterscotch Topping

Ingredients:

  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 containers Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup espresso coffee
  • 2 tbsp Kahlua
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Bourbon
  • 1/4 cup butterscotch sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter together until well combined. Press the mixture onto the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add the eggs, espresso coffee, Kahlua, and vanilla extract. Beat until well combined. Fold in the heavy cream.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool completely.
  5. In a saucepan, mix the Bourbon and butterscotch sauce together. Cook over medium heat until slightly thickened. Let cool.
  6. Pour the Bourbon & Butterscotch topping over the cooled cheesecake. Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
