Say cheese! Meet your new personalized cheesecake recipe:

Cheesy Rose-Pine Delight

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups of Parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 6 tablespoons of unsalted melted butter
  • 16oz of Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, room temperature and softened
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs, room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons of rose water
  • 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup of heavy cream, room temperature
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 pineapple, sliced into small chunks
  • 2 kiwis, sliced into small chunks
  • 1 tablespoon of honey

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a 9-inch springform pan and set aside.
  3. Mix Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, ground black pepper and melted butter in a medium bowl. Spread evenly onto the bottom of the prepared pan. Set aside.
  4. In a separate large mixing bowl, beat the Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese until creamy.
  5. Add sugar gradually while continuing to beat until well combined.
  6. Mix in eggs one at a time, blending well after each addition.
  7. Add rose water and flour, beat until combined.
  8. Add heavy cream and vanilla extract, blend until smooth.
  9. Pour the filling onto the prepared crust.
  10. Bake for 55 minutes at 350°F.
  11. Remove from oven and let it cool completely at room temperature. Then chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  12. Arrange pineapple and kiwi chunks on top of the cheesecake.
  13. Mix honey with 1 tablespoon of water in a small bowl, then brush the mixture on top of the fruit.
  14. Serve chilled and enjoy!
