Creamy Toffee Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 containers of Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese (8 oz each)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup toffee bits

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine vanilla wafer crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour filling over crust and bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle toffee bits over the top of the cheesecake and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Let cheesecake cool to room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
