Creamy Toffee Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 containers of Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese (8 oz each)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup toffee bits
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine vanilla wafer crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour filling over crust and bake for 45 minutes.
- Sprinkle toffee bits over the top of the cheesecake and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Let cheesecake cool to room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
