Banana Vanilla Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana Pudding Mix (5 oz)
  • 2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 stick Butter (melted)
  • 2 containers Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese (8 oz each)
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter Cups (chopped)

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the banana pudding mix, graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until fully combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow it to cool.
  4. Using an electric mixer, beat the Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese until creamy.
  5. Gradually mix in the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until fully blended.
  6. Pour the mixture over the cooled crust and smooth out the top.
  7. Sprinkle the chopped peanut butter cups on top of the filling.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
