Banana Vanilla Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 1 Banana Pudding Mix (5 oz)
- 2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 stick Butter (melted)
- 2 containers Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese (8 oz each)
- 2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ¼ cup Milk
- 1 cup Peanut Butter Cups (chopped)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together the banana pudding mix, graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until fully combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow it to cool.
- Using an electric mixer, beat the Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese until creamy.
- Gradually mix in the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until fully blended.
- Pour the mixture over the cooled crust and smooth out the top.
- Sprinkle the chopped peanut butter cups on top of the filling.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
