Say cheese! Meet your new personalized cheesecake recipe:

Creamy Pineapple & Kiwi Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 6 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz. Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Mix vanilla wafer crumbs and melted butter together in a bowl.
  3. Press mixture onto the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  4. Beat Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
  5. Add Greek yogurt and honey, and mix until combined.
  6. Pour the mixture onto the wafer base in the springform pan and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until set, then allow to cool on a wire rack.
  8. Add pineapple and kiwi topping before serving.

Topping:

  • Arrange pineapple chunks and kiwi slices on top of the cheesecake
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
