Boozy Chocolate & Fudge Cheesecake
Ingredients:
1 package of Black & White cookies
8 ounces of Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese
1/2 cup of heavy cream
1/4 cup of whiskey
1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips
2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup of fudge brownie mix
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Crush the Black & White cookies in a food processor and press them into a greased 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 5-7 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.
In a mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to whip the Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese until creamy. Add in the heavy cream, whiskey, dark chocolate chips, and cocoa powder and blend until well mixed. Pour the filling onto the cookie crust.
Prepare the fudge brownie mix according to the package instructions. Carefully pour the batter on top of the cheesecake mixture.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool the cheesecake completely before serving. Enjoy!
