Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups pistachio crumbles
  • 5 tbsp. unsalted margarine, melted
  • 3 containers of Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, 8 oz each
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup Tiramisu flavoring syrup
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. instant espresso powder
  • 1/2 cup Mocha Latte flavoring syrup

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix the pistachio crumbles and melted margarine until it resembles wet sand. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time, making sure to mix well after each addition.
  5. Mix in the Tiramisu syrup, flour, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and instant espresso powder until well combined.
  6. Pour the mixture over the pistachio crumble base and bake for 40-45 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  7. Let cool to room temperature and then chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  8. Once chilled, spread Mocha Latte syrup evenly over the top of the cheesecake.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
