Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups pistachio crumbles
- 5 tbsp. unsalted margarine, melted
- 3 containers of Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, 8 oz each
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup Tiramisu flavoring syrup
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. instant espresso powder
- 1/2 cup Mocha Latte flavoring syrup
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- In a bowl, mix the pistachio crumbles and melted margarine until it resembles wet sand. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs, one at a time, making sure to mix well after each addition.
- Mix in the Tiramisu syrup, flour, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and instant espresso powder until well combined.
