Creamy Dream Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups vanilla wafer crumbs
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 containers of Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese (16 oz total), softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- Hot Fudge topping, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Wrap the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan with aluminum foil.
- In a small bowl, mix the vanilla wafer crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture onto the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each addition until just combined.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust and bake for 50-55 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Let the cheesecake cool completely to room temperature before chilling in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, heat hot fudge topping according to package instructions and drizzle over the cheesecake.
