Triple Delight Cheesecake Recipe

Oreo Base Ingredients

  • 20 Oreo cookies, crushed into crumbs
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Salted Caramel Filling Ingredients

  • 16 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs, room temperature
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup homemade salted caramel sauce

Cheesecake Truffle Topping Ingredients

  • 4 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Make the Oreo base by mixing together the Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan.
  3. Make the Salted Caramel Filling by beating the Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese and sugar in a large mixer bowl until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in the vanilla extract and salted caramel sauce. Pour the filling over the prepared Oreo base.
  4. Bake the cheesecake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is almost set. Cool the cheesecake to room temperature in the pan, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  5. Make the Cheesecake Truffle Topping by beating the Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese and heavy cream in a large mixer bowl until creamy. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or on the stove top, stirring until smooth. Fold the melted chocolate and vanilla extract into the cream cheese mixture. Spread the topping over the cooled cheesecake and chill for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
