Oreo Crust Ingredients:

  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 5 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Cheesecake Filling Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Whipped Cream Topping Ingredients:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos and melted butter.
  3. Press the crust mixture into an 8-inch springform pan. Set aside.
  4. In a separate mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until light and creamy.
  5. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
  6. Add the sour cream and vanilla extract and beat again until smooth.
  7. Pour the cheesecake filling into the prepared crust.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  10. In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  11. Mound the whipped cream onto the chilled cheesecake and serve.
