Ingredients:

  • 1 cinnamon roll dough
  • 4 oz butter
  • 4 oz sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 containers of Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese
  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 3 blood oranges, peeled and sliced
  • 2 grapefruits, peeled and sliced
  • 2 oz honey

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Roll out cinnamon roll dough and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes and set aside to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract until creamy. Add in the two containers of Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese and mix until smooth.
  3. Mix bourbon and caramel sauce together in a small bowl and add it to the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture onto the cinnamon roll base and spread evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
  5. Remove cheesecake from oven and let it cool down to room temperature. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix together sliced blood oranges, grapefruits, and honey. Serve on top of each slice of cheesecake.
