Decadent Chocolate Hazelnut Cheesecake
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
8 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1/3 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F.
In a bowl, combine almond flour, melted butter, and 1/4 cup of sugar. Mix well and press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool.
Using an electric mixer, beat Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese with 1/2 cup of sugar until smooth and creamy, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in chocolate hazelnut spread and salt until evenly combined.
Pour mixture into the pre-baked crust and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until filling is set.
While cheesecake is baking, whip heavy cream, 2 tbsp sugar, and vanilla extract together until stiff peaks form.
Once the cheesecake is out of the oven, let it cool to room temperature, then spread the whipped cream on top of the cheesecake.
Chill the cheesecake for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
