Creamy Citrus Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 10 graham crackers, crushed
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, then press into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese until creamy.
- Add the Greek yogurt and honey, then beat again until well combined.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Mix in the orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract until everything is well combined.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the graham cracker crust in the pan.
- Bake the cheesecake for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is just slightly jiggly.
- Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, top the cheesecake with slices of fresh orange.
