Oreo Peanut Butter Delight Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 20 Oreo Cookies, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 containers (8oz each) Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed Oreos and melted butter.
  3. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and set aside.
  4. Using an electric mixer, beat the Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in the sour cream and vanilla extract.
  7. In a separate bowl, whisk together the peanut butter and confectioners sugar until smooth.
  8. Measure out about one cup of the cheesecake batter and stir it into the peanut butter mixture.
  9. Pour the remaining cheesecake batter onto the prepared crust.
  10. Drop spoonfuls of the peanut butter mixture over the cheesecake batter. Using a knife, swirl the peanut butter mixture into the cheesecake batter to create a marbled effect.
  11. Bake the cheesecake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is almost set.
  12. Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing the sides of the pan.
  13. Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before refrigerating for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  14. Sprinkle chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups over the top of the cheesecake before serving.
