Prepare the crust. Mix almond flour, melted butter and sugar in a medium bowl until well combined. Press mixture onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack.
Prepare the filling. Beat Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, peanut butter and sugar in a large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla extract; beat until well combined. Stir in melted chocolate chips. Spread mixture evenly over the crust.
Prepare the topping. Mix melted butter, sugar and cocoa powder in a medium bowl. Add eggs and flour; beat until well combined. Pour batter over the filling.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
