Whiskey Chocolate Berry Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 32 ounces Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, at room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup whiskey
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips, melted
- 1 cup fresh berries
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter until well combined.
- Press the Oreo mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Allow the crust to cool completely.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Add in the granulated sugar and mix until well combined.
- Add in the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Mix in the whiskey and melted chocolate until fully incorporated.
- Pour the cheesecake batter into the cooled crust and bake for 45 minutes or until the center is almost set.
- Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let cool until room temperature.
- Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight until fully set.
- Before serving, prepare the topping. In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Spread the whipped cream over the top of the cheesecake and top with fresh berries.
- Slice and serve.
