Black and White Cheesecake with Caramel Sauce
Ingredients:
- 10 Black & White cookies
- 4 oz butter, melted
- 16 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a food processor, crush the Black & White cookies until they form fine crumbs. Add the melted butter and pulse a few times until combined.
- Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese until smooth.
- Add the sugar and vanilla extract and beat until well combined.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in the heavy cream and salt.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cookie base.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set around the edges but still slightly jiggly in the center.
- Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
- Before serving, drizzle the caramel sauce over the top of the cheesecake. Enjoy!
