Say cheese! Meet your new personalized cheesecake recipe:

Black and White Cheesecake with Caramel Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 10 Black & White cookies
  • 4 oz butter, melted
  • 16 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a food processor, crush the Black & White cookies until they form fine crumbs. Add the melted butter and pulse a few times until combined.
  3. Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese until smooth.
  5. Add the sugar and vanilla extract and beat until well combined.
  6. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  7. Stir in the heavy cream and salt.
  8. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cookie base.
  9. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set around the edges but still slightly jiggly in the center.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
  11. Before serving, drizzle the caramel sauce over the top of the cheesecake. Enjoy!
