Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 2 containers of Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese (16 oz)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl and mix well. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and chocolate hazelnut spread.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared crust. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set. Remove from oven and let it cool to room temperature.
  5. Refrigerate the cheesecake for 3-4 hours or overnight.
  6. Before serving, spread the whipped cream over the top of the cheesecake. Sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts.
