In a mixing bowl, combine the Nilla Wafer crumbs, mashed bananas, and melted butter. Press onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each addition. Beat in the vanilla extract and heavy cream.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and bake for 45 minutes, or until the center is almost set. Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches, sliced mango, lemon juice, and granulated sugar. Mix well and let sit for 10 minutes.
Spread the peach and mango mixture over the top of the cheesecake and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until firm.
