Ingredients:

  • 1 (9 inch) prepared Apple Pie crust
  • 16 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 20 oz canned crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese until smooth.
  3. Add the sugar and beat for 2-3 minutes until well combined and creamy.
  4. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  6. Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the prepared Apple Pie crust.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden and the center of the cheesecake is almost set.
  8. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and allow it to cool completely.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours or until chilled and set.
  10. Once the cheesecake is chilled, top it with the drained crushed pineapple and sliced kiwi.
