Graham Cracker Crust
- 7 oz Graham Cracker crumbs
- 4 oz Unsalted Butter, melted
- 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar

- 16 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Strawberry Puree (strained)
Whipped Cream Topping
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 tbsp Powdered Sugar
Instructions:
