Citrus Bliss Cheesecake
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
2 containers of Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese (16 oz total)
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup heavy cream
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Press mixture into bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool completely. Reduce oven temperature to 325°F.
In a large bowl, beat the Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and salt. Beat until well combined.
Pour the filling into the cooled crust. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
Let the cheesecake cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
Before serving, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Spread over the top of the cheesecake.
