Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- Cinnamon Roll Base:
- 1 roll of refrigerated cinnamon roll dough
- Plain Filling:
- 16oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Whipped Cream Topping:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Press cinnamon roll dough into bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat 16oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.
- Pour filling over cinnamon roll base.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until center is set.
- Let cool to room temperature.
- Make whipped cream topping by beating heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Spread whipped cream over top of cheesecake.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
