Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • Cinnamon Roll Base:
  • 1 roll of refrigerated cinnamon roll dough
  • Plain Filling:
  • 16oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Whipped Cream Topping:
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Press cinnamon roll dough into bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat 16oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese until smooth.
  4. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.
  5. Pour filling over cinnamon roll base.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until center is set.
  7. Let cool to room temperature.
  8. Make whipped cream topping by beating heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  9. Spread whipped cream over top of cheesecake.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
