Cheesy Peanut Butter Caramel
Ingredients:
- 8 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 4 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup mini peanut butter cups, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, and melted butter together until combined. Press mixture into the bottom of your pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- In a large bowl, mix sugar, heavy cream, and salt together. Add 8 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese and mix until smooth.
- Stir in peanut butter and powdered sugar until fully combined. Pour mixture into crust.
- Sprinkle mini peanut butter cups on top of the cheesecake mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is slightly jiggly but mostly set.
- Cool cheesecake completely before slicing and serving.
