Cheesy Peanut Butter Caramel

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 4 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup mini peanut butter cups, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, and melted butter together until combined. Press mixture into the bottom of your pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  4. In a large bowl, mix sugar, heavy cream, and salt together. Add 8 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese and mix until smooth.
  5. Stir in peanut butter and powdered sugar until fully combined. Pour mixture into crust.
  6. Sprinkle mini peanut butter cups on top of the cheesecake mixture.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is slightly jiggly but mostly set.
  8. Cool cheesecake completely before slicing and serving.
