Say cheese! Meet your new personalized cheesecake recipe:

Fiery Caramel Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chilli pepper & caramel flavored cookies (crushed)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 16 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix the melted butter and the crushed cookies. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from oven and let it cool.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla extract and beat again until well combined.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Stir in the heavy cream.
  6. Pour the mixture over the cooled crust and smooth out the top.
  7. Bake the cheesecake for 40-45 minutes or until the center is just set.
  8. Let the cheesecake cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least two hours to set.
  9. Take out the cheesecake from the pan and top with whipped cream before serving.
