  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 containers of Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened (24oz total)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup whipped cream


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar until well mixed.
  3. Press mixture onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  6. Beat in sour cream and vanilla extract.
  7. Arrange sliced bananas on top of the crust and pour caramel sauce over the bananas.
  8. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the bananas and smooth the top.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is almost set.
  10. Let cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  11. Prior to serving, spread whipped cream over the top of the cheesecake.
  12. Serve chilled and enjoy!
