Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar until well mixed.
- Press mixture onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Beat in sour cream and vanilla extract.
- Arrange sliced bananas on top of the crust and pour caramel sauce over the bananas.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the bananas and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is almost set.
- Let cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
