- 3 tablespoons espresso powder, dissolved in 1 tablespoon hot water
Espresso & Chocolate Topping
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons espresso powder
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
