Ingredients:

  • 12 Black & White cookies, crushed
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 6 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine crushed Black & White cookies and melted butter.
  3. Press mixture onto bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes then remove from oven and let cool.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat 16 oz of Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time and mix until just combined.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and crushed Oreos.
  7. Pour mixture over the cooled crust and bake for 50 minutes or until center is almost set.
  8. When done baking, let the cheesecake cool then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Before serving, pour salted caramel sauce over the top of the cheesecake.
