Ingredients:
- 12 Black & White cookies, crushed
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 6 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine crushed Black & White cookies and melted butter.
