Ingredients:
- 2 cups of crushed vanilla wafer cookies
- 1/3 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 32 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of coarsely crushed Oreos
- 2 cups of whipped cream
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the crushed vanilla wafer cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan, and bake for 10 minutes. Let the crust cool.
