Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of crushed vanilla wafer cookies
  • 1/3 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 32 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup of coarsely crushed Oreos
  • 2 cups of whipped cream

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the crushed vanilla wafer cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan, and bake for 10 minutes. Let the crust cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add granulated sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and beat until combined.
  5. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  6. Fold in the crushed Oreos.
  7. Pour the filling over the vanilla wafer crust.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set.
  9. Remove from oven, and let it cool to room temperature.
  10. Once at room temperature, chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
  11. Pipe or dollop whipped cream over the top of the cooled cheesecake before serving.
